ICNIRP radiowave guidelines

International RF-safety/health regulations

ICNIRP; RF-EMF=RF-Light
ICNIRP sets world wide public exposure guidelines of radio waves (RF-Light) including other uses of man made electromagnetic radiation (RF), for example smart tech, radars and industrial use. Guidelines are focused on human species, in practice ignoring other life forms and environment. Total regulation bandwidth are from 1 mm to 3000 meter wavelength (1mm=300 GHz to 300 meter=0,1 MHz). Focusing on average time dependent values and thermal harm (temperature increase over time), more or less ignoring plausible harmful resonance driven “first function effects” (quantum non-thermal effects)

Simplified short summary of ICNIRP guidelines
- Stone age knowledge based recommendations upon new ultra modern techniques and equipment
- More or less ignoring first function quantum non-thermal effects and different wavelength´s interactions with polar molecules [dipoles]
- Focuses guidelines on a third function effect, harm induced by thermal increase over time
- Radio waves as in ICNIRP guideline can not increase temperature as a first function effect, Sun or a hot surface can
- Ignores that radio waves (RF) are extreme forms of synthetic light, designed for quantum interaction with its surroundings
- Use very wide chromatic ranges for simplified recommendations [complete wavelength interval, 1 mm – 3000 m]
- Accept´s powerful power ranges compared to natural frequency dependent background radiation
- More or less ignores extreme power peaks [RF] in favor of averaged temperature dependent values over time
- Ignores that our body contains multiple sorts of polar tissues and neurons which interacts with electromagnetic waves
- Using simple synthetic test tissue setting recommendations, disregarding quantum research information
- Evolution and environment unknown effects?; synthetic man made RF-radiation has existed shorter than a blink of an eye [relative]

ICNIRP
Simple measurement methods used, ignoring more complex information sources and quantum research fields claiming non-thermal health effects are shown but not proven, turning evidence burden in a very strange way when peoples life and health is at stake.

ICNIRP; Thermal increase?
Radiation temperature of all frequencies-band regulated by ICNIRP guidelines are close to absolute zero (0K, < -270C) so if all tissue and neuron interaction were “non-polar”, RF-Light would not increase temperature at all, RF-light would pass or reflect just like Suns visible spectra or RF-light passes thru air or a non-coated window. Radiation temperature must be higher than receiving object to increase temperature in classical physics describing black body radiation. But radio waves are not black body generated and living tissue including neurons are more or less created by “polar molecules” [dipoles], body´s wide range of polar molecules has an enormous interaction potential towards 4G,5G-RF interaction created by wavelength, combinations of wavelength-bands and pulsing.

FACT: Thermal increase created by RF-light are secondary effects created by wavelength´s resonating and interacting with polar molecules, temperature is increased by quantum friction creating phonons (heat). Effects used by your Microwave oven back home and in research fields as “Microwave Chemistry” and other ”Quantum-related” research areas.

note. Some countries use stricter RF-radiation regulations, still very high and most have been forced to increase regulations to make way for 5G. Police, Military and Research environments use different regulation standards, if any in practice?

Black body spectrum vs. ICNIRP RF regulations

Graph below: Is focused on common mobile wavelength bands [brown area], showing that ICNIRP´s recommended values are extremely high, more than billion (109) times stronger than comparable background wavelength´s integrated in our black body (EMF-radiation) emitted thermal background. For example the 3,5 GHz 5G band has a ICNIRP guideline of 40 watts/m2 (6 minute average), close to trillion times (1012) stronger than normal background radiation and because 40 W/m2 is averaged, pulses can be much stronger than that. Add common products using wifi, bluetooth, smart devices, IoT and include all mobile frequency bands in use, surveillance cameras, door openers, satellites, car radars and more using RF-Light in communication and control, then an “uncontrollable mess” of strong coherent and interactive RF-radiation and RF-wavelengths are created.

Relative spectral wavelength interaction bandwidth comparison

Sun: complete black body generated chromatic [colors] spectra (graph above, orange line [simplified]) has a radiating temperature exceeding 5000C and its properties are unknown to most commoners. Our Sun has some well known spectra´s (UV, Visible, IR) and their effects (sunburn, colors, heat radiation). Adding these spectra´s together a “spectral wavelength bandwidth”** of about 10 µm (Sun high spectra) appears including dangerous high energy spectra's as Gamma and X-Ray.
**Spectral wavelength bandwidth = Difference between shortest and longest wavelength in a defined EMF-spectrum

5G mobile 3,5 GHz RF-band: Radiating temperature close to absolute 0K (below -270C) and a “spectral wavelength bandwidth” of 2 cm.

3,5 GHz RF-band, 2 cm vs. SUN high spectra, 10 µm = interaction wavelength bandwidth: A strong indicator that ICNIRP has a far to generalized model ignoring interaction possibilities and effects.

Presented above, grayed area: Light brown area describes a small portion of ICNIRP guidelines, focused on different common RF-bands with a spectral bandwidth area of approximately 42 cm, used by modern RF communication and control equipment (4G, 5G, wifi, IoT, radars…).
