Picture below describes excess mortality rates in Guadeloupe and Martinique under French jurisdiction. Excess rates are extremely high and especially right before a large measurement period of these Islands mobile network from September to December 2021 during 5G start ups and calibration before the test/measurement period of their mobile networks. It is important to remember that mortality rates has very high during the whole 4G Max expansion period and after but exploded during the months before the measurement period to rapidly decrease during measurements period. This is excess mortality rates shown, what does it mean when rates are more or less always above 0% in high numbers...? Health is declining rapidly is the answer!
I will describe this in detail later but the simple explanation is, for a balanced result must high numbers (over 0%) be balanced out with equal low numbers (below 0%). When balanced, health (death rate) is comparable with the reference period. Reference period in this case are years 2015 to 2019 [median=0%, season adjusted].
Guadeloupe +400% peak, Median +32,8%; Martinique +234% peak, Median +30,9%
